Anglophonia: Voices and Perspectives is the third international student conference in English studies organized by the English Student Club. The conference will be held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb May 3–5, 2018.
Beside 28 presentations given by 30 students from 16 European and Croatian universities, the conference program will also feature keynote lectures by Dr. Ellen Elias-Bursać (Fulbright Guest Professor at the University of Zagreb & Vice President of the American Literary Translators Association) and Assist. Prof. Brian Willems (University of Split), a panel discussion with the title „An American Utopia?“ (Panel Discussion: An American Utopia?) and a TEFL workshop „Hands-on with Special Ed Learners of English“ by Profil Klett (more info and registration here). We are especially proud to have our colleagues from Glotta and iTHEom as guests at this year’s conference and have them present their own projects and plans.
